Nature-based Mindfulness

Outside Meditation Sessions are outdoor guided mindfulness gatherings perfect for on-the-go wellness! Mats and cushions are provided so no need to bring a yoga mat. Sessions are led by official Tribe Guides and are always unique based on the location. You may find us outside at your local farmers market, hiking trail, festival, garden, park, food truck spot, coffee shop etc.

Nature-Based Guided Group Meditation - Our signature session! Through a special blend of intention-setting, body-scanning, grounding, sharing and external awareness, we guide attendees to experience enhanced connection to themselves, each other and the environment.

Walking Meditation - All the benefits of Natured-Based Guided Meditation + movement! We guide attendees to bring awareness to specific sensations of the body in motion and the senses we notice along our journey.

Adventure Meditation - This session offering is for those looking for a different point of view...literally! We guarantee to (safely) take you to places that you have never been and that will surely inspire awe.

Aqua Meditation - This session will leave you feeling weightless! We focus on the natural healing properties and unique sensations of being immersed in water. Any stress will easily float away.

Sound Meditation - Using a combination of instruments and sounds in nature, this session is all about the sense of hearing and tuning the body utilizing vibration. We like to think of this offering as a beautiful orchestra of wellness!

Yin Yoga / Yoga Nidra - Also referred to as "Yoga Sleep", these session offerings provide the ultimate relaxation and recovery for both mind and body. You will feel rejuvenated after a peaceful rest outside!

Forest Bathing - No, this does not mean taking a bath outdoors! Forest Bathing is actually an ancient practice of being fully immersed in nature. We utilize the same principles with a modern twist. In this session you can expect full nature immersion, breath-work and maybe even some tree hugging!

Family Meditation - This is a special parent-child meditation offering specially geared towards those who are young meditators (or anyone's inner child). We introduce play and lighthearted visualization to keep the session engaging and fun!

Mindfulness Talks / Workshops - This is a special offering designed for education, group discussion, and reflection. We vary and customize the topic in each specific session but you can count on it always being engaging, educational, and motivating!

Turn-Up or Wind-Down Moonlight Glow Meditation - Meditation...after dark (literally)! Under the canopy of the moon and stars, this session comes alive at night! We guide attendees to observe nature in its evening cycle. This session can either be designated as "Turn-Up" or "Wind-Down". Also, depending on the day, this session offering may also be a Full Moon Meditation!
