Meditation without limitation.

Outside Meditation (OM) was established in 2021 as a pop-up wellness experience with the goal of bringing meditation outside the four walls of our homes and offices. As COVID-19 forced us to become more independent and digital, we would like to provide live, in-person connection.

Our meditation experiences are 100% always outside providing a unique setting and new experience each and every visit. We offer a variety of "on the mat" meditation programming and "off the mat" interactive mindfulness activities! Whether you're a seasoned meditator or first-timer, we would love to host you!

Disconnect from screens. Connect with others, nature and yourself.

the Now Tribe.

We are a community of people living in the 'Now'. We realize that true joy lies in bringing our minds back to the present moment - not living in the past or future.

By simply coming to our Outside Meditation experiences, you are automatically in the Now Tribe. No registration fee required.

At Outside Meditation, we believe in collective healing; which is why at each of our Outside Meditation sessions, we guide attendees to not only turn awareness inward but also outward to fellow attendees. Also, because our events are 100% always in-person, we encourage judgment-free dialogue at each Outside Meditation experience.
