Purpose

We Seek & Empower Well-being through the Unity of Nature and Humanity.

Simply put, we believe in the power of connection - to ourselves, each other and the planet. By meditating outside surrounded by a community, we strive to form new connections, build a deeper appreciation for nature and experience enhanced joy.

Our meditation events and sessions are founded with the basic principle that meditation experiences can be FUN, FULFILLING and MEMORABLE. No technology. No judgment. No requirements.


All Outside Meditation Events and Sessions are led by Tribe Guides who have experienced their own healing or growth through meditation - including our founder (more on her below).

Chief Executive Officer & Tribe guide

Melanie built Outside Meditation on the foundation of her own healing from anxiety, depression and trauma. By practicing regular awareness, appreciation, connection and compassion, she experienced powerful growth - which is why these four principles are the key components in every Outside Meditation session.

Melanie believes meditation and mindfulness cannot only be healing but also fun, fulfilling and memorable! Melanie is very passionate about utilizing meditation as a powerful key to unlocking joy in the present moment. She created Outside Meditation to bring the joy of being mindful in nature to all!
